Refund policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item, email us at support@loafandco.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of contacting us, unused and in its original packaging where possible. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
